| Well i learned it today and i know it now. I was hoping you guys could answer yesterday so that i could've completed my homework. You could tell me more about casts though. This is releavant to compsci btw.

| you cast an object or primitive data type so java recognizes it as a different type of variable. You can then use it as that kind of variable (once you learn more about OOP classes you'll see how useful it is) _________________ I lol at illiterate nubs  |
